Been awhile...
Hey guys! I know its been awhile! I am about to finish my first year of college! I can successfully say that I did not gain the Freshman 15! WOOT WOOT! I will definitely be posting more this summer because I am getting back to my hard core self! When I get back I have a week before I get my tonsils out which I then will be on bed rest for a week or more. SO That FIRST WEEK IM BACK I AM RUNNING LIKE A FIEND! I have about 20 more pounds that I really want to lose. It really is just my thighs I want to go down and a little arm fat hahah! I am going to push myself harder than I ever have before so that I can lose it fast before my vacations! I am also going to be trying out a stretch mark cream to lighten up some of mine! I don't have them to bad but Ive had some since I was little..genetics. Thanks MOM! Hoping it will lighten and help prevent others! I will let you know! I am also getting tan as fuck this summer… excuse my language. I will also be learning spanish through rosetta stone and a for dummys book. I took spanish all four years of high school so I am refreshing and extending my knowledge. Also a dummys for organic chemistry book so that I can be prepared for the fall when I have to take it! yikes that is going to suck! OKAY BACK TO FITNESS! I will be taking pictures of ALL ( or most) Of my meals so that way I think more about what I am going to eat. SHould be lots of fun but you won't see another post till about a week when my finals are all over! Thanks so much! BYE

Long time no see!
Things have been really busy for me! Getting adjusted to college and all that! I will be doing how I'm making sure I DO NOT gain the freshman fifteen. I have loads of good snacks and tips I have already learned by being here. One of he most important is. Let yourself indulge. So many people are going to be eating junk food after junk food. It's okay to have that cookie or slice of pizza. Just stop at that! Savor that piece and enjoy then afterwords drink alot of water! To fill you up and to help those toxins leave your body;) thanks

YOGA! Breathe people breathe.
Yoga is a great way to wind down and exercise. Having to control your breathe and be able to hold your body for log periods of time in different positions!
I have a personal yoga trainer but there Are millions of yoga videos out there! Find the one that's perfect for you!
Breathe. Yoga is vey hard its not the meditation stereotype everyone thinks. It's holding your entire body weight up in the air.
The more flexible you get the easy it will become.
